· Coordinate and schedule drop projects

· Input updated reports on an Excel platform

· Tracks all activity for drop bury and reports accordingly

· Communicate with Prime contractor owners and Comcast managers on drop projects.

· Perform quality control checks on completed drop projects.

· Ensure compliance and documentation of all applicable safety requirements.

· Motivate, mentor and provide necessary direction to the field support team.

· Investigate, resolve and communicate with drop management on all damage claims.

· Resolve issues affecting projects completion, quality, effort, risk, and timeline.


· Minimum 1 year of related Comcast experience preferred

· Working knowledge of Comcast systems and programs

· Understanding of map icons and the equipment in the field preferred

· Previous experience conducting commercial surveys preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) required

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to complete a job from start to finish within the allotted time

· Must be able to sit at a computer station for long periods of time

· Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

· Must pass a background check and drug screen

· Valid driver's license required
