Pay
Paid training period. Position is full-time benefited hourly rate. Position includes use of company vehicle upon successful completion of introductory period.
Qualifications
BASA / FASA Certification (or eligible); Valid Florida Driver's License, Previous experience with installation of residential installs and activations preferred.

Ability to travel within service area.
Job Description
Successfully perform installation, programming, activation and training of new customers.
- Comfortable with upselling.
- Installing, terminating and/or programming end devices for access control, CCTV & security services. Experience with Alarm.com, DSC, & Qolsys/Clare.
- Diagnose and repair issues.
- Work quickly/efficiently while adhering to demanding quality and safety standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Participate in an ‘on-call’ Paid support rotation which may include 24/7 response time requirements
- Availability to travel to service locations
- Program panel and set up monitoring service
Abilities:
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a consistent basis
- Work in extreme temperatures (summer heat / winter temps)
- Flexibility to work hours outside of normal work-schedule as needed to meet business deadlines
- Work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused materials, and clean up installation debris
- Work in confined spaces – attics, crawl spaces, etc.
- Climb ladder
- Push, pull, squat, bend at waist
- Work with arms overhead
