ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability stand, walk, crawl, and work in all environments, on ladders, in attic spaces, on ceilings, in tunnels, on poles, and in trenches to access various installation and construction points as required
Pull fiber/copper/coax cable through existing duct package, pull cable through conduit either manually, blowing, or mechanically
Fill out paperwork as required by lead.
Flexibility to work across all divisions (underground, aerial, buried, fiber, copper, coax)
Willing to work outside in varying weather conditions
Performs other duties as requested by crew leader
Lay cable, conduit and fiber innerduct
Keep detailed record of work activity
Unreel, pull and string wire and cable from pole to pole
Install poles and place wires or cables
Work with hand tools
We are currently working 1099-Contract but will be pushing to provide the option for W2- Full time early 2022
