Job Description
Have over 500 miles of easy West Texas rural upgrade. Full schedule for 2022 in hand. Work is 90% front easement, rural, very laid back and simple stuff. Replace all equipment and run new cable after wrecking out old system. In house crews are running 3,000 ft per day of wreckout and lash new cable. No heavy traffic, easy road crossings to deal with and just good ol country running. Pay is two weeks out paid on 3rd and weekly from there. NO RETAINAGE HELD. Work is qcd immediately after maps turned in. No new work will be issued until work is 100% complete. Crews that can splice own work preferred but will take splicers and crews separately.
