Immediately upon successful on-boarding process...this consists of properly filling out all initial paperwork, supplying insurance cert, and phone or in person interview.
Pay
We have set pricing for each market we are working in. For qualified candidates/companies we are paying *Hiring Bonus *certain terms apply (ask for details).
Qualifications
Loose tube as well as Ribbon splicing experience, troubleshooting experience, OTDR experience, aerial & ug splicing. If limited experience we are willing to train and have a training rate.
Other Requirements
Must supply all own equipment ie: bucket truck (some markets are 100% ug and will not require one), OTDR, Optics Meter, Fiber Splicing equipment, safety equipment, etc. If you have some but not all let's talk and see what we can help with.
Job Description
We have room for an additional 10-20 Fiber Splicers and is for long term splicing of FTTH/FTTP projects in multiple markets. We are also looking for Fiber Blowers with experience and equipment however, equipment and training can be provided at a discounted rate. Rates will be discussed during an interview and then in writing for your review and are very lucrative. Please contact us to schedule a phone or in person interview.
