Incad going belly-up?

I have read all messages about Incad. A friend of mine mapped for them two years ago. He is a pro mapper, and Incad told him his work was terrible, had to be done again. Heard Incad had a SBA loan to prop themselves up. Also heard they have not made repayments. No mapper working for Incad will get his pay.
