Tha ablity to pass QC: proper grounding, Proper Aerial Drops, ability to reasonably and most efficiently run AO's including wall fishing. I have AT&T Modem Install CERTIFICATION. And I can program any brand of cable converters and remotes. Have experienc with modem installs for WINDOWS 98, WINDOWS XP, WINDOWS NT, AND MACINTOSH SYSTEMS. Can trouble shoot and install hardware as well.
