Experienced CATV/ D.S.S./ phone installer/ maintenance tech/ sweep tech/ head-end tech seeking work in or around the southeast Nebraska, northeast Kansas, northwest Missouri area. Anywhere around the St. Joseph, MO to Omaha, NE area would be acceptable.
I am looking for in-house employment, either with an MSO or contracting company, and I do have my own tools, ladder safety gear and reliable truck in great shape. I recently moved to the area, from St. Louis, MO, where I was installing DirecTV between St. Louis and Kansas City. I have been in the industry since 1998, and hold an Associates Degree in Broadband Telecommunications Integrated Systems. I have experience in design, construction, splicing, sweep reference testing, head-end electronics, and all aspects of system performance testing and maintenance of CATV plant. I have also installed telephone, and have logged a few hours splicing fiber.
My specialty is rewiring MDU's, for CATV, closed circuit, security systems, and CAT5 networking. I have installed, and post-wired Digital Home Theater (Audio/Video) in Kansas City, MO.
