He is a fine man and was an expert coax splicer. He is a general contractor now with no further need for this type of gear. He sold them to me at a reduced price given the market and conditions of the industry. It was a friends price. I have made a number bargin basement buys lately. Items sell at market prices based on market conditions at any given time. Times are what they are. Cable is what it is. That is all.
