Contact the MSO with your information. They WILL want you to be paid. If you don't get satisfaction, file a small claim in your local court. If the transaction used a phone line it is phone fraud. If the transaction took place in another state from yours, is is a fedaral case. If the mail was used, it is mail fraud. You can get pre-paid legal services listed on the bar.
