Looking to but Wavetek CLI 1450

Looking for a good deal on a Wavetek CLI 1450 Signal Meter. Trying to save someone a few bucks. He has to replace a meter. Just had a baby. Wife left him. Took the dog. Maxed out his credit cards. One of his girlfriends just told him she has a sexually transmitted disease.
Ok some of the above is streching the truth just a little to highlight the fact he can't afford an expensive meter.
