Hey Ralph,

How about coughing up payment on our last invoice from Ft. Wayne.
Everyone but you seems to know that the work was done, the paperwork was done,
and no cleanup reported.

It's only been 9 months or more now. I've been hearing that other people are dissatisfied with how you are conducting business, also.

Too bad, White Mountain used to have a good reputation.
