Quality-oriented individual to produce accurate estimates, bids and proposals for mid to large Transportation & Safety design projects to include: Traffic Control, camera, security, underground and aerial fiber, etc.
Candidate will be responsible for surveying the customer job site to obtain information on the environment prior to bid finalization and working with the technical staff to determine system layout and comprehensive set of drawings for the project. Will have to develop bill of materials to include appropriate amount of job-related labor to perform the project.
Minimum 4 years related industry estimating required, with knowledge of industry standards. Must be able to produce estimates and proposals in accordance with RFP/RFQ specifications. Must have experience supporting outside sales people with technical issues. Excellent verbal, written and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Candidate should have a 2-year telecommunications degree or equivalent.
