Re: Question

Try the manufacturers website, they usually have the manuals as a free download. If they don't try technical support and they will most likely send you a manual.

> Man, tough luck. I'd try and move on to a new project if I were in your shoes. One of those that no one knows whats going on, they can't even get with the designers and figure out these details. they probably have never even fired up reverse. And what is this, they can't get you manuals? They must've bought well over 1000 actives, they should have some or should definately be entitled to some free ones from the manufacturer. I HATE working for those kinda idiots!! GOOD LUCK dude. You need to go over there and put the "SMACK DOWN" on someone and tell them that you're trying to do the work, but you have nothing to work with. Otherwise , PULL OUT

> > Then why did 6 vetern splicers splice wrong? The FMB Amps have 3 output ports. If you have 2 feeders coming from the output side, you still need to splice one cable on input and output, creating 90o fittings. They say the feeder ports always have two equal splits on input side then output side first. I'm posting this question to find out what happens out in the world and I might save someone lots of money if they remember this situation and get things in writing when the person you work for does'nt supply you with the right information.

You can only split the signal on the aux legs with an internal splitter or DC .so two feeds off the some side would be your aux.legs and the single your main .If there is only one cable on each side you need to use the main and one aux W/ a jumper sending rf to the used aux.port.it is good pratice to put trunk on the main. I would like comments from you veteran splicers. We were told by the prime splicing supervisor that it didn't matter what feeder leg ports we used. Is it common sense that the two legs together on the map should stay together on the amp in the field ?
