young lineman lokking for work around minn.

I have been working in AK. for the past two years stated out as a warehouse grunt and worked my up the food chan.
I am working in a small village in the north slope. but was wondering about any new long term jobs in the southern area of minn.
Has any one heard about any good fiber schools?In minn.?
