offer an excellent opportunity for a Installation and Repair Technician who will be responsible for field installation work, which includes daily organization of installation work orders, customer relations, problem solving, documentation and troubleshooting due to equipment and/or power failure.The successful candidate will possess:
·High School Diploma or equivalent
·Minimum of two years in cable television installation preferred
·Education, training or experience in customer service and/or electronic is preferred
·Advanced services experience (i.e., digital television, telephony and/or high-speed data/modems) is especially preferred
·Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company conduct and safety guidelines
·Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret and communicate technical information
·Working knowledge of Cable modems and digital phone service
·Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, Outside Plant (OSP) safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
·Demonstrated ability to climb poles, ladders, towers and other structures as needed
·Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
