it does not matter shoot from tap to house then house to tap then g/block to tv if it has a spliter shoot one leg at a time if you don't see it replase spliter and shoot agane

Then isolate the inhouse wiring from the outside drop and test the outside drop! This proves the drop & inhouse seperately!
