GENERAL ORDER 95 is a California construction code that has to do with every part of arial construction (electrical and communications), it is much to large to explain here as it is about 500 pages. If you want a copy contact the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California (you might be able to download it online). G.O. 128 has to do with underground construction.
