Tom Paola OF SCS is a thief, He lost his standing with RCN cable and he screwed my Company out of Modem money earned. He pays 4 weeks in arears and decided since he got screwed that he should screw the rest. He decided to cut what he pays Contractors for modems. 60-30 dollars retroactive.
Now to do that would have really needed a new contract and a modification to his payment schedule Called "Schedule a" but he decided just to steal the money from my company and my men.
I am considering the arbitration clause but will write him one more time before I go to arbitration.
To all those who consider this type of activity for income, BEWARE: There seems to me NO HONEST EMPLOYERS/CONTRACT HOLDERS here in NJ. From reading the posts it seems that this is a universal issue nationwide.
After this last wrestle for the 1000.00 dollars that Scum Bag owes me I am hanging up my crimps.
I have pity for those hardworking men who will be robbed from by Bastard business owners Like TOM PAOLA.
