Sr. Project Manager Needed:

Skills Required:
-Project Management skills and experience of at least 5 years managing mulitple projects.
-Knowledge and ability to use MS Project, Excel, and other tracking programs.
-Negotiation skills.
-Good personnel management skills.
-Knowledge of project cost and expense tracking. Skills desired:
-Working knowledge of Sonet rings.
-Ability to test Sonet and fiber rings.
-HDT and RF technology.
-Knowledge of Operation Support Systems and alarming systems such as Cheetah and Wavetek equipment.
-Thorough knowledge of DS1 and DS3 digital telephony technology.
-Knowledge of DSX patch panels.
-Knowledge of Digital Cross Connect Frames(DACS).
-Understanding of Telephony and telephony Mulitplexing.
-Knowledge of RF and Cable transmission.
-Knowledge of Fiber Optics and terminal gear.

Functional Tasks: Responsible to program manage mulitple projects and project managers simultaneously. This multi-tasking requires a broad knowledge of management and customer relation skills. This includes negotiating skills for possible joint vendor installation projects.
