Project Coordinator

* Supervised new network builds for MDU's including pre-walkouts with contractors and property managers/building owners.
* Interfaced with involved parties on build-out specifications. Worked with in-house CAD for correct RF design.
* Prepared and successfully presented engineering build-outs for approval.
* Solicited proposals from multiple vendors. Reviewed bids and issued contracts.
* Coordinated multiple vendors/projects from initial engineering through activation.
* Obtained all required permits. Reviewed and approved all BOM's.
* Accountable for quality control of all construction including main underground & aerial feeds to the property.
Documented all project particulars. Prepared final as-built package in both
electronic (PC)
and paper formats.

Eastern Communications Corporation, Marshfield, MA March 2000 - October 2000
Make- Ready Manager

* Worked directly with Boston Edison on all make-ready issues relative to the regional
development of a new fiber optic network.
* Interfaced with high level utility personnel. Provided instruction on technical issues of
CATV aerial specifications relative to interference and other performance criteria.
* Prepared work orders to utility company to correct all issues relative to make ready.
Orders included movement of secondary power cables, transformers, racks and placement of
other specialized equipment.
* Directed follow-up inspection of all utility company work orders. Responsible for final QC.

QC Inspector- Grade 2

* Daily inspection of all strand and coax installation to ensure construction according to
industry standard specifications.
* Verify and enforce safety practices of all sub contractors.
* Document and generate as-built package for strand and coax design.

* Solicited bids, negotiated and issued contracts with multiple construction companies.
* Approved all material requisition and work order forms.
* Assured all required permits were acquired prior to construction starting.
* Managed all underground construction to D.O.T. & Time Warner specifications including
Directional Boring, Missile Boring or Hand Trenching.
* Supervised all aspects of work performed. Assured rigid company standards were met prior
to completion and close out of each project.
* Assumed full fiscal responsibility for project completion within Time Warner budgetary
guidelines- the strictest in the CATV industry.
* Performed employee reviews of all Time Warner QC Inspectors on a quarterly basis.

* Reviewed all invoicing of work for payment from Time Warner.

Journeyman Cable Construction Worker (May 1995-April 1997)

Coordinated a 900 sq. mile upgrade rebuild to a Fiber-Optic 1 GHZ system that included
changing, balancing and splicing all Gerald Instruments Equipment including:
* Amplifiers (mini bridges-JLX-XQLE-MXQ).
* Inblock cable and all passive equipment.
* Building feeder cables.
* MDU rewires (Telco, Hallway Homeruns-Conduit HRS and Hallway TAP).
* Electrical power supplies.

Cable Construction Apprentice- Level 4 (March 1993 - April 1995)

* Performed new installations of a 550 MHZ System. Provided maintenance service while
changing existing customers to the new platform.

Cable Construction Apprentice- Level 3 (January 1987 - February 1993)
Assisted with and completed a 900 square mile upgrade rebuild from a 350 MHZ to a 550 MHZ
system. Including but not limited to the following equipment from various manufacturers:

* Amplifiers (MXQ-XQLE-L.E.).
* Inblock cable and all passive equipment.
* Builder feeder cables.
