I can see combining Construction with Engineering and Office with Management as they naturally fit together. Do you think they should be combined because people looking for construction jobs might also be interested in Engineering (same with office-management) and thus redundant?

My reasons for narrowing topics:
a) to make it easier on someone looking back 30-60 days to find jobs in their field of expertise.
b) to lessen the need for people posting jobs to post the same job again later because the first listing fell back a page or two.

At the same time, I don't want to go too far so that a job listing might apply under many topics. People searching would still have more work and people posting listings would post duplicates under more topics.

Someone else emailed me with the suggestion to add a Splicing category. I'm not sure where the best balance would be.
