·    Worked directly with Boston Edison on all make-ready issues relative to the regional development of a new fiber optic network.
·    Interfaced with high level utility personnel. Provided instruction on technical issues of CATV  aerial specifications relative to  performance criteria.    
·    Prepared work orders for utility company to correct all issues relative to make ready. Orders included movement of secondary power cables, transformers, racks and placement of other specialized equipment.    
·    Directed follow-up inspection of all utility company work orders. Responsible for final QC.

·    Daily inspection of all strand and coax installation to ensure construction according to industry standard specifications.
·    Verify and enforce safety practices of all sub contractors.

Coordinated a 900 sq. mile upgrade rebuild to a Fiber-Optic 1 GHZ system that included changing, balancing and splicing all Gerald Instruments Equipment including:
·    Amplifiers (mini bridges-JLX-XQLE-MXQ).
·    Inblock cable and all passive equipment.
·    Building feeder cables.
·    MDU rewires (Telco, Hallway Homeruns-Conduit HRS and Hallway TAP).
·    Electrical power supplies.
Cable Construction Apprentice- Level 4 (March 1993 - April 1995) 
·    Performed new installations of a 550 MHZ System. Provided maintenance service while changing existing customers to the new platform.
Cable Construction Apprentice- Level 3  (January 1987 - February 1993) 
Assisted with the completion of a 900 square mile upgrade rebuild from a 350 MHZ to a 550 MHZ system.  Including but not limited to the following equipment from various manufacturers:
