Splicer/Trouble Shooter (with excellent references)

(Currently seeking in-house employment preferably in the central Pennsylvania area.)
I am a hard working career minded individual presently employed with a young up and coming company. However; I am disatisfied with the long distance traveling that this company requires.
I have an opportunity to be employed at another company that requires less travel and is located in the central Pennsylvania region, but I would like to explore all of my options before I make a final decision.
I'm interested in finding a position in which I could demonstrate my abilities, improve my knowledge, and progress in the company.
