Need calling times on phone postings

It would really help if you could give the best times to call when giving your phone numbers. We don't know if the postings are home or office. Do we get up early or wait till late to make the call? We all like to talk to live people. That way we know if we have a chance for the job. Also when someone leaves you a phone number, he wants to be called and not a "Re" to his message. If you have internet service you should have a phone!!!!
