last I was aware, reckless driving and or leaving the scene (hit and run) were all disqualifying offenses

while i'm late joining this thread, hopefully you've taken steps to get it resolved, The cost alone for your own commercial auto policy from a reckless driving would be a killer ( just because you did it, doesn't mean you did it ) get a lawyer
