Frontiers budget and PO's have been cut 31% for the remainder of the year. They may be getting rebranded as well. Verizon is trying to get accurate P & L's, so they slowed things down. Funny that was not studied more before acquiring. They still are building and doing BAU. Just not as aggressive as it once was.
