Appxpanse beware

I started the hiring process with this company over a month ago they finally sent me to the project I applied for sat there for a week and then came back to me and said that position was filled then moved me to another site a hour from that no big deal then I sat here for a day and got one job then was told there was no more work and now wanted to send me to Indiana or Ohio granted this whole time he is giving me a guarantee of work there’s plenty of work now he wanted me to drive 11 more hours with the same guarantee no sir I’ve had nothing but a headache with this company I haven’t made any money in over a month but he did send me $500 to help offset some of the thousands I wasted in fuel and lodging but now wants it back because I told him to just take me off his list and then threatens to sue and have me blacklisted just a heads up hopefully he doesn’t do that to anyone else
