Thank you .  I just want to point the younger guys in the right direction.  Probably the best advice I received from my mentor was, "Don't lower your prices just to get the job!"  And I will add to that, "Read and understand every clause in the contract".   It is usually written in their favor.  Better yet, have a good business attorney review it for you.  It has been money well spent for me.

I have been in this business so long, rocks were soft when I started.
