Do your best to avoid them! They will use you up and spit your out.
i worked as a sub for them for a few months in Rockford last year. Sadly, they hire mostly Spanish speaking crews. They do shoddy work and go through employees. Safety and quality aren’t a thing for them.
In December 25, I was offered a position as an aerial lineman for one of their subsidiaries in Indianapolis. I did all the background, drug testing, paperwork and got moved down there only to be told they didn’t need me. I had already made arrangements for lodging for a month only to learn the superintendent didn’t like me?!? Straight fiery afoot with them.. avoid them at all cost! Unless you like being lied to and screwed over.
