Things have changed since the accountants and lawyers took over running the business. When I first heard of HR, I thought they were taking about HR Pufnstuf. HR is the real problem in most hiring scenarios. I have found the ask stupid questions but forget to ask the real questions about the knowledge needed to do the job at hand. So they hire the best answer to "where do you see your self in 10 years" and forget that they know nothing about the task at hand.
