Wouldn’t it be fun to:
1) buy black tee shirts with ICE in big white letters and in little white letters just below ICE, For Sale
2) hire some minimum wage workers
3) put a small refer box in a black pickup that has ICE in big letters and For Sale in little letters
4) drop off the workers to go for to for selling ICE around the neighborhood where the violator is working, getting closer each day to their job site.
Seriously:
we have built a successfully construction company from nothing to where we are today using only English speaking American help. It can be done and we have proved it! The contracts with prevailing wage requirements that we have signed usually had more requirements than just prevailing wages. You might want to go over contract to verify the details and then go over the project managers head and report any violations. I wouldn’t feel bad about your relationship with the other contractor since he doesn’t seem to care about you!
