Data Center Fiber Contractor New Build

Whats it like to work on those new built data centers that are coming up in TX and OH as a fiber splicer contractor? Is the money good? How much an you make with the right prime? Are the hours flexible? Is it boring repetitive work? Can I I get a run down from someone who has experience working on them?
