Just wanted to let people know that the above contractor has terrible management, blatantly lies about workload, chargebacks when they want, constantly micromanaging contractors, and treats them like garbage. The goal is to do the work efficiently and correctly but somhow this company will go to extreme lengths to achieve the metrics that they want often skipping corners to get there. (ex forcing and insisting a contractor drill a hole in Customer wall when Cx has not gotten permission from landlord). Extremely sketchy, all to avoid a incomplete job, supervisors are controlling and do not handle emotions well when given criticisms or requesting simple info, at the drop of a hat they will get angry. This is not just me saying this, mutiple others that continue to work there say the same thing but cannot afford to go somewhere else. Spectrum is a decent company to work for, I have worked for them in other states with different contracting units and the experience was 100x times better, so this is not coming from nothing. If there is another company you have a chance to go with fiber or coax, choose them. Contractor Beware!
