you really won’t know unless you try but there’s a a lot to it it sounds easy when ya have work lined up but at some point your gonna have to find work. Also your totally dependent on employees and starting out your gonna be below industry standards and no benefits. Also a lot and I mean a lot f companies are 90 out of. I want you to be able to do this and I want you to succeed . You received good advice I’ll put in legal zoom can get you the llc or cooperation and I am a one man show but have had 10 and ADP has always done my payroll for the small amount they charge it frees up a ton of my time.
