There is such an animal as the T-40D, it’s a non insulated boom and the main difference in it was the bucket basket would rotate from the left side to the right side of the boom tip! Otherwise it pretty much is the same as the T-40C model!
just Google T-40D and and it will pull up a picture of it! There are a couple trying to pass a C model off as a D model but there’s you can see the D’s there!
