You said it right, but many subs will do it as they have no choice. They have to survive. I was getting more money 25 years ago. These brokers are killing the industry. Imagine how bad it is if I was offered a UG job and the company was overseas sending me maps via WhatsApp without any supervision in the field. Its simply infuriating. Every broker lies through their teeth saying they are Prime.
