i totally agree, i honestly think a lot has to do with prime's greed taking a huge chunk of the payout, kinda feels like a huge parasite just for handing out the work when i have to provide vehicle, tools, insurance, gas, maintenance, etc. also the rates have been stuck for the last 10 years when everything else is going up, they keep adding work to our flow (scans, upload photos, surveys, forms) in a ridiculous way, every change that is made is not to facilitate our work or help us in any way but to screw us further. i work for a lumen system and this scumbag regional manager has come up with the great idea that we should running fiber drops for free because "they're too easy" this idiot has never been in the field much less up on a ladder running a 300+ drop through some tress and mutiple houses
