Im not sure what you are asking. Could you be more specific on exactly what you are looking for?
I will make the assumption that you are you looking for someone to keep track of your daily work? If so, I don't see how anyone could do that but you, unless you hire someone to follow you around and document every detail. Some projects with government money require a resident engineer to be present and they usually keep track of daily progress.
