Do what you want… But these guys are not prime contractors they are subcontractors… Russian… Very Russian subcontractors… Hopefully one of them sees this and tries to debate it in this thread, so I’ll go ahead and throw it out there that they were asking me for work. I am a prime. And something smells very fishy over there, so they never heard back from me. If you are subcontracting from them… Then you are subbing from a sub… one that not very many people know outside of facebooks ads. For all I know based off of the little bit that I gathered in my interaction when they asked for work, They very much sound like a broker…. I believe personally that “those people” are a cancer to our industry and need to be weeded out.
