Been using PenguinData since Jaunary of 2019. It has grown by leaps and bounds since then and works well for everything you mentioned and lots more such as automated reporting, equipment tracking, tech ID renewal reminders, etc. Too add, their tech support is pretty much instant with a phone call or email, as well as start up training and support in building your database. Can also pay by tech access so if you term someone or they go out on STD, you do not have to pay for the inactive techs access any longer.
