I have 42 years in this business from construction to engineering and I am sadly seeing more than just a downward trend from "so called" employers/companies who have paragraphs of their conditions, expectations/requirements for a specific position, YET AVOID anything to do with wages other than "to be determined", then there is zero "company" info. I see this as bottom fishing, just my 2 cents..............Skid
