Id say be a "mystery shopper" and call companies on that! Your prices will get higher if you need traffic control. Higher pair counts=higher prices. and that just the beginning. Do you need to be licensed and bonded? Insurance,workmans comp, truck and tools and GAS aint cheap. Do you have to build/rebuild cases. Is it Aerial or underground? Pressurized or unpressurized cases! Lots of pieces to the puzzle and its in a billion pieces. Peace....
