All you have is your name and your reputation in this business. When you treat someone wrong, or even someone you may have brought on board, that goes a long way in this business when you post adds to find help. Word of mouth is huge and when you post needing help or can’t locate the help you need, think about the people you’ve burned in the past. Being in this industry for almost 25 years, no amount of money will outrun the path of destruction you leave behind from other projects. Never burn a bridge unless you are whiling to sink or swim!
