You were paid 100% of my rates minus 10.27%.
You worked for 2 weeks and made $8585.4. $800.00 was deducted. I'm not paying anyone 100% period. I take 10% for covering training, doing your billing, and having our bucket guy raise your cases.
Out of the 18 cases you spliced, we had to repair 6 of your cases. You worked Monday through Sunday and were paid less than 48 hours later on Tuesday. I paid you before we QC'd your cases. We found multiple problems with your work including swapped lateral cables and broken fibers in multiple trays. This is why your contract was terminated. You were handed the same work as everyone else.
I won't speak anymore about this publicly. You're more than welcome to speak to an attorney and seek legal action if you choose. You were treated fairly.
