Re: Non Compete Clauses

I. Careful not to sign any non-compete contracts that could affect my service area and SOW.   I have not been nor do I know of anyone who has been sued for competing. Usually it is simply said you can’t work here and they leave.  However I could see getting sued if you quit and under bid your former employers contracts.
