What drive me crazy, is the company I work for will not pay a groundhand more than $21.50 hr. It doesn’t matter if they have 7 years experience, and knows all aspects of the truck whether we are doing construction, splicing , or noise, sweep work. Then the company looks dumbfounded when they give their notice to find a better paying job. Maybe it’s time to retire from this industry.
