I agree and have been saying the same thing for years. I can't believe they are still trying to pay people "points" for installs. It's like crypto. And to offer someone pennies per foot for aerial construction is absolutely insulting. I don't even want to mention the boring per foot prices. You need 6 guys, a Class A driver and 2 other large trucks to complete a crew and they want to pay you $5 a foot. Oh that includes traffic control....No Thank you!
