who you bidding with, a prime contractor or a MSO: As every one here said previously: you got to know the terrain, waiting period to get paid, material on site, front or back plow, traffice problem, bores. Use your gut feeling and toss them a number you can live with, if they say to high, keeping lowering your price.....until you go broke !!!
