As always, it sounds like a case of poor on site management. This happens when the home office don't visit the job site or monitor the daily problems and just leave it up to their assigned suprv/manager to run the job.....until it gets out of hand, like those here are complaining about. If your not being treated fair, equal or as per your contract, by week #3, then get the hell off the job site.
